Additional mark on the first piston: “3389 / Daniel patented adjuster (in an oval) / FS cipher horn.
“Syst. Compensator” and the tone inscribed on nickel silver plates welded to the pumps.
Three Perinet valves.
The “Compensating System” is based on the inventions of Jean-Baptiste ARBAN (1825-1889) and the applications of E. DANIEL in Marseille, with whom François SUDRE was an apprentice.
